When will I receive my order?

Will I receive an order confirmation?

Will I receive tracking information for my order?

You will receive shipping tracking information via email once your order has shipped. Please allow for 2 business days unless you chose an expedited shipping option.  Back to top

 

 

What is the shipping cost?

Standard 5-8 day shipping is usually between $3-$5 dollars.  Expedited shipping rates can be viewed and purchased at check out. Back to top

 

 

Which carrier do you use to ship?

We ship via USPS unless another expedited shipping method is selected during check out.  In that case, we may use UPS or FedEx.  Back to top

 

 

Do you offer expedited shipping options?

Yes, you can choose 2-day or Overnight shipping during check out.  Additional shipping charges will apply.  All expedited orders must be placed before 2 PM EST Monday - Friday.  Back to top

What is your return policy?
If you are not happy with your purchase, we accept returned items in their original condition and packaging within 30 days of the shipping date and you will receive a full refund.  All items returned in their original condition after 30 days will receive store credit.  Please email us at contact@fabfanshop.com for a return authorization number and return shipping instructions.  Back to top

How can I clean my jewelry?

If your jewelry requires cleaning, use a sterling silver polishing cloth or jewelry polishing dip.  Please email contact@fabfanshop.com for a complimentary polishing cloth.  Back to top

 

 

How can I tell if my jewelry is sterling silver?

If you ordered a sterling silver jewelry item, you will see the .925 stamp on the back of your item.  This signifies that the metal is indeed sterling silver.  All items come packaged with a certificate of authenticity stating the quality of the hand made piece.  Back to top

 

 

Can I design my own charm?

We currently do not take custom orders for individual pieces, however, if you are interested in ordering 25 or more of a custom designed charm, please call 240-552-9771 or email contact@fabfanshop.com to discuss order time frames and pricing.  Back to top
